Hard drive recording

Hi First time poster,

Looking to purchase a Q10. My question is, are there any add on's that allow the Q10 to record onto the internal HDD, and hopefully function like a P.V.R? Tried search button but no matches. From reading about the machine looks like you have to add files from a connected computer.
