Dune hd vision 4k network problem

hello , i got problem cant get in the dune hd mediaplayer from windows 10
I can see the dune in mi network but cant acces it
I get the message "\\Dune_3A75 is not accessible you may not have the correct permissions for this network resource contact the administrator of the server if you want to know if you have access permissions
cannot find network "
Win 10 pro 20H2
i did had this problem with the dune hd max and now with the dune hd vision 4k
A  while ago itwas accesseble i dont know what went wrong

The player can also act as a SMB Server which APP is to be found under Dune APP's. Unfortunately this APP does not allow full device access for all HDD's via a single share "\share" or "\public" is commonly used for that. Instead a HDD must be mounted with the HW ID as the unique share name which makes HDD dynamic swapping impossible. Just use Internet Explorer with the matching  IP-Address like \\192.168.2.1\ to find those share names.
Neither setting an UID/PWD or Read/Write for access is possible. Positive to mention is that it puts the Volume Label in front of the HW ID for ease of  identification and that the Read/Write performance is adequate.

The Dune Support response I got when asked about it:
Each of the connected storage devices is exported as its own share.
You can see the list of exported storage devices and the names of the shares,
if you just open the address "\\IP-address-of-Dune-box" in Windows explorer (or any other file explorer with SMB support).
All the shares will be listed there.
Choose the needed one and copy-paste it.

The name of the share is computed based on several factors, including HDD volume label (if any).
Also an unique device identifier is added to the share name, which guarantees that each share name is unique and persistent,
even if you connect (maybe in future) other HDDs with the same volume label.

Same does exists with the Solo 8k.
Workaround:
there is a stable (independent from hot swapping of the HDD) folder: main Dune_somethingsomething.
Inside there are 3 folders:
builtin_memory
builtin_memory_dunehd
somethingsomething(for hdd).
I am just using the 1st one as the "anchor", and then I need to individually select the specific subfolder of the hdd.

PS: Yes, I do know how old this post it. But it seem that despite the 120+ days passed, the manufacturer is unable to resolve the issue (and IMHO they will not be able to: hot swapping in my Android phone results with errors in reading my SD card because... each time I am hot swapping it - Android assigns the random string after the "sdcard", e.g. I have now sdcardAH79FHACC, but if I'll hot swap it it will become sdcardFFa21something something, and while during the reboot the phone would sort it out, hot swapping messes with it. Somehow I do believe that it is a reason of keeping the Collections data in the internal memory).
