Dune HD Pro 4K Multimedia Player

Recently my player started resetting itself in the middle of a film, thought it was the film but it has done it on others too. Then I moved the player as it was sitting on top of my SKY-Q box as it was a little hot.
It also doesn't power on sometimes but does after a while. Now it has packed up altogether, won't power on. I purchased it from amazon UK July 2019 so the warranty has elapsed. Does anyone know if any body offers a repair service for Dune Products in the UK?

I suppose I could try and buying a new power connector for it? Does anyone know what type I would need for this player?

Any help would be appreciated.
