KODI on Q10 PRO not scraping movie info

Hi, I am having an issue with the movie scrapers not looking for movie info when trying to add to library. I don't think this is a KODI issue only because I have no issues using it on other devices for the same exact files.

Also it previously found the info but I stupidly changed the content in error and when I changed it back to the same scrapers I used before now it won't pull it up for some files only.  Some it works no problem but others (Die Hard as one example but there are many others) it says it has no information for this title which makes zero sense. Does not matter which scraper I select in the options, none will pull anything up. Yet before it was there.

Any ideas what might be causing this issue on this device only?

Scraping is a Kodi issue (not hardware) and dependant on your skin and the chosen movie scraper for the folder it is pointed at.  Are you on Kodi 19.3?  There was a time when some sources seemed to go off line but they work fine now with the updates. 

You are also aware of how to manually download meta data for files or rescan information?  Right click on the file for Information and then rescan.

Yes I know that. The issue is I did not change anything and the same version of Kodi and exact same settings on another device work fine. The movies had information on them then it was gone.  I cannot manually look for them because it won't pull anything up. 

On some movies I can do the manual search and it pulls up options for me to select. On others which again previously had information on the same files, it will not do the search at all. It immediately says no information found so quick like it isn't even searching.  I tried to include screen shots of the steps on my Q10 where you can see some movies work and others no longer do but it won't let me. To clarify, they previously had information scraped and added on the Q10 but that was removed and I cannot get it back.  I am also including screenshots using the same scraper and files on another device where it found them no problem. Thus my confusion.
