Title                       : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I got  the same  problem from the  title XXXXXXXXXXXXXX Info Blu-ray
Video
Codec: HEVC / H.265
Resolution: Native 4K (2160p)
HDR: Dolby Vision, HDR10
Aspect ratio: 2.40:1
Original aspect ratio: 2.39:1
Never been able to view it properly as  you can only hear  the sound but you get a white screen with some shadow of the  video

It won't play Dolby Vision.  If the codec is an old one (as pointed out above) it can have a Dolby 1080p Video#2 info track that can't be read and is best removed.
DVDFab or similar can remove/convert all DV tracks so you just have HDR10.
The new DV & HDR10 combined 2160p video plays fine in the Q10Pro (so do HDR10+ but as HDR10).

Download MKVToolNix
Drag & drop mkv wait for loading, unselect tracks what don't want to be copy, set a destination and start multiplexing
