q5 pro - 2.17 firmware dont turn off after update from 2.14

hello
im old user of q5 pro....
i have and use well 2.14 firmware from times....every times works well without a problem (almost)
today i want to upgrade to 2.17 .
everything from update went well.
but now when the q5pro is working.... i press the red button on remote and the box dont turn off...
i have to press the button directly from the box....(and the led from blue goes red right)

before with 2.14  if i press red button from the remote the box turn off and the the led on the box become red......
now if i press nothing change....
what do please? thanks for answer

Disconnect power supplier for all devices witch are HDMI interconnected.
If this not solve problems then try reinstall OFW v2.1.7 with paperclip method and do disconnect power and reconnect for box.
Use HDMI less CEC adapter maybe can help too.
