Updating procedure unclear

Hello fellow himedia fans,

since some functions like youtube are not working and youtube vanced shows error after install, I wanted to update my HiMedia q10 Pro device. However I am unsure which versions in which order I have to install without getting problems. Can you help me out ?


Here I have some information about my device:
– Model: Q10Pro
– Android version: 5.1.1
– Kernel version: 3.18.24
– Build number: HMD-1.1.0 2017-03-15.164418

Thanks for your fast reply. After installing stage II firmware, can I then update to FUTEKO. HMD-2.1.4 2019-05-31 ?

Ignore the previous post, you have a Q10 Pro not a Q5 Pro.
Install the Android 5.1 to 2.0.4 firmware from here:

Next install 2.1.4 from here:

Finally install the latest 2.1.7 from here:
https://www.futeko.com/newforum/index.php?topic=4864.0
