Himedia Q10 Pro - Samba.. PROBLEM?

Hello!

I have been using Himedia Q10 Pro from some time on cfw 2.1.1 (2018.12.24).
I my opinion in cfw 2.1.1 there is something wrong. I can download from Himedia
to PC with almost full eth speed vis LAN. But coping form PC to android box - very slow.
I must turn off/on many times Himedia (and PC) and then - after many attemps
 it can transfer with appropriate speed via LAN (PC to box). Form Box to PC - always fast.

I have checked many things (router, PC settings) end in my opinion maybe cfw
2.1.1 2018.12.24 has unstable samba patch..?

I even tried FTP server + Filezilla and only randomly catch the speed.
As I said before - form box to pc - fast (90MB/s) and pc to box - very slow (3-4MB/s)

Is there any stable SAMBA firmware above 2.1.1 (cfw or original withe samba correct)..?
