HBO Max App Keeps Crashing

Hi, I am using the latest version of the Q10 Pro HighMedia player. I recently installed the HBO Max app and it seems to have trouble playing videos. It appears to use its own built-in player. When I play a video, it doesn't seem to work (it will just play the first couple seconds of the video and then the screen flickers and the app crashes) until I restart the entire box and reboot and then it will play just one video. To play the next video, it will require another reboot.

Any idea what may be causing the issue?
