Hi all.
I have a problem to see if you can lend me a hand.
Yesterday when I went to update to v 2.1.4, it turns out that I forgot, in a hurry, to rename update, so when I put the flash drive in the himedia q10 pro, it turns out that I obviously ignored it. The problem is that now it has been hung with an android drawn and with a red exclamation and it does not come from there. I have tried the clip a thousand times, also through the usb and nothing at all, logo of himedia and red android. I do not know if I have loaded it (come on, it is fragile fragile this issue of the update). I use android 7.0, I don't know how I can get out of the mess.

Did you had android 5 before?
