Can't make it work.

i want to use my Samsung Galaxy Tablet for operating my Himedia Q30 player.
I tried to use Hiremote Imax on my tablet but it doesn't see my ip adress when i type it in. I only see an error.
I tried downloading Hicontrol but as i can't find it in the play store and only through a google search,
it doesnt show on my tablet when i'm downloading it.

Any help is welcome to make me use my tablet for operating my Himedia Q30.
