Displaying photos/pictures in 4K

Hello,
can internal picture viewer (or any other one installed from Play Store) in Z9S display pictures in 4K (3840x2160)? I'm looking for a player capable of such a thing. I have quality pictures from my full frame camera, which I want to view on my 4K big screen TV and the only way for me now is to use internal TV viewer which is capable displaying pictures in native resolution 3840x2160.
I had Dune HD Pro 4K for a few days (great player), but pictures were somehow downsized to 1920x1080 by player and then resized to 3840x2160 by TV, which means big quality loss and it's clearly visible on big screen, when you have same picture in 1920x1080 and 3840x2160 and you can compare them.

Tried it using standard Picture Viewer of Z9S and it displays in 4K directly.
