Himedia Q5/M3 and harmony one

How do i add my remote from Q5/M3 in my harmony one?
As what device?
I added himedia but it doesnt seem to work

Add like HiMediaHD300A, you get benefit of numeric key and fast playing 2x,4x..., but you need to learn 3D and Mouse key.

I need it desperately.

I am not Chinese, I don't understand Chinese language.

I have Harmony 650 and added both HiMedia Q10 Pro and HD 300A to my "Media Player" activity. Now i can use stop button from HD 300A remote and 3D button from Q10 Pro and can use all other buttons from both remotes.

Use Logitech Harmony Remote Software or MyHarmony
3D, mouse button can add like additional buttons, standard buttons substitute for *+(clear) and E(Enter) or color buttons(red, green, yellow, blue) like you prefere.
