Himedia q10 pro - root access problem

Hi,

I'm trying to start the Pathe app on the himedia, through this app I can rent or buy movies online. I've purchased a movie but when I start the movie I get an error: you can't start this movie on a device with root access.

I haven't enable the option for root access. What am I doing wrong?

Adroid version: 7.0
