can't find external hard drive

I have 2 identical external hard drives but my Zidoo Z9S can only find 1 of them.
Can someone help me with this problem

Thing is that  they are same brand and both formatted in NTFS exactly the sam way but still my Zidoo just can only find 1 out of 2.

You are absolutely sure? No hidden partitions, single partition starting at the same point etc.

What brand/model HDDs are they? If they are particularly high power draw this might be the problem. The solution in this case it to add a powered hub between Z9S and HDD.
