Micro SDXC (and above) cards

Hi y'all. Just wondering if the himedia q5 is able to read the micro sdxc cards of UHS-1 or class 10 speed class (using the card's adapter ofcos to fit into the sd card reader slot) with the exFAT file system, the likes of samsung pro and sandisk pro range of cards? Planning on buying 1 coz of the read/write speeds they have and the ability to handle 4k and 3D data.
