Google Photos no albums

I am trying to use Google Photos in Q10 pro.
I can only see photos but all albums are invisible and cannot find them.
I can create a new album and see it , but afterwards when I reopen Google Photos again hidden but I can see all albums included the created in Q10pro in other devices.
I will thank a lot any help[/size][/size]
