After installing Pcristi's outstanding [PATCH] Mount storage by UUID / Label, my DVD/BD-ROM disks have been working flawlesly connected via USB 2.0 adapter.
I have ripped Blurays and MKV files recorded on BD disks (25/50/100G) and they all play just fine !
I have been exchanging messages with Pcristi on making an equivalent patch/script for my new zidoo X9S.
