EGreat H10 loses resolution information when TV is switched on/off

Honestly this product has so much potential but support just sucks.

I have an issue with the EGreat passing incomplete EIDE information to my media player when TV is switched off/on. 24hz playback stops working and just switches to 60Hz

Should have bought the HD Fury.

To all out there considering this product, stay well away.
