delete button on highmedia q10 pro not working

Hi, I recently bought the highmedia q10 pro from you guys, the delete key on the provided remote does not work, tried to use the built in file manager, as my movies are on a nas, it cant see the nas to delete
Will appreciate a solution for this.
I have a dune 4k solo media player, which playes blue rays fine, however the highmedia player seems not to be able to play them. I have downloaded the blue ray patch, open the app in apps, it does not allow any navigation to the files, how to get the blue ray files to work?

The delete key works for deleting text when tpying using the virtual keyboard.

The pre-installed file manager (My Apps - File Manager) is for local storage only, files can be deleted by pressing menu button on remote then selecting delete. To manage network files you need to install a 3rd party file manager app like ES File Explorer (available free from Play Store, or here: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/es-global/es-file-explorer/).

BD-ISO should play without menu without any patch. What format is the ISO?
