hello I've updated my q5 uk version and the 3d keeps dropping in and out during plackback it only happens on q5 not on my bluray home theatre playing the same film on disc has anyone else had this problem

Can you give more details about the file? Codec, file size, bitrate? There's a tool called mediainfo available for free download that gives this info. https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download

Also, where is the file located? USB flash drive? Network? If network what type?

I need more info to be able to diagnose the problem.
