Auto framerate switching
« on: January 08, 2018, 05:45:35 PM »
Hello,

for some reasons related to materials I'm testing (It will be soo long to explain), I need HIMEDIA PLAYER Q5 4K 3D to do the following auto frame rate switching:

video frame rate           himedia frame rate output to tv

1) 23,976                             60hz
2) 50 hz                                50hz
3) 60 hz                                60hz

practically I need 50 / 60 switch to be on and 23,976 video fixed to 60 hz output tv.
If I set himedia q5 to 1080p 60hz and 24p off, when playing 50hz material the output don't switch to 50hz, in this way point 1 and 3 works fine but point 2 don't work, the output remain 60hz instead of 50hz

Are there any settings or some particular ways with this patch to obtain this result?

Many thanks

Saavedra
