Hello.

I want to import a movie library file which is created by DVDpedia.

The file's extension is dvdpedia.xml.

Could anyone help with this issue?

This is more like a Kodi issue. If you are using Kodi 17.x and the backup plugin, then you most likely cannot import it, I just checked, the backup of the video library is in .db format. I think on Kodi 16.x the backup would be made in a xml file that you may edit easily.
