How to customize the home screen

I wish to arrange the icons in a specific order on my home page which is filled with channel streaming.

Anyone know how to do that?

No,  I mean from the home screen where you can select from kodi,  settings,  Google play, etc.

I want to rearrange these icons and their order on where they appear.
