What are the inner and outer diameter measurements of the power supply input?

And how much amperage does the Q10 Pro consume?

You mean the PSU that plugs into the wall? Why would you want to know that and can't you measure it yourself?

Amperage depends on attached peripherals, especially HDDs. It varies from < 1A upwards.
