Egret a11 try setup 4k 60hz

When i try setup on the maximum resolution it loosing signal like (No Signal, please check the income connection). If it lover resolution it's fine. Why? My tv is LG oled65e6v it support this resolution.

I sorted this problem, just one problem, that i can't setup ycbcr 10bit, i can just ycbcr 8bit., strange

Yes i can chose 4:2:0 10 bit.

I had this problem with the fw 1.2.51 or 1.2.55 beta, but I do not remember what I did to make it work, can be a hard reset
