Hotspot Shield

I live in Turkey and there are some internet restrictions here. I can use any VPN programmes such as Hotspot Shield and access any restricted web sites. Is it possible to install VPN programmes on Q10 pro? Once I have tried but couldn't succeed so I uninstalled and gave up. Maybe I made something wrong.

The NordVPN app is working on the HiMedia Q10 Pro.
