Android error in Q10, help
« on: September 23, 2017, 09:44:54 AM »
Hello everyone, in the last update 2.0.4 something has happened in my Q10, now every time I try to upgrade to 2.0.5 when starting the android installation gives error and hence does not pass.
I have tried everything, install previous versions, try to go back to Android 5 and even do a factory reset, nothing works.
The Android doll always comes out lying down and gives error.
Can anybody help me??

Thank you

Be pacient and try few times consecutive recovery process(paper clip), if still not success try few from USB upgrade usually working after 3-4 times.
This bug is present only with v2.0.4.

I have tried it like 20 or 30 times and neither with any of the systems that you indicate leaves the error of android, some other idea ??
Thank you

EDIT:

At last
Thanks for the help.
In the end I worked by putting the Update in sdcard  to the sixth time.
Now I will try to do a clean installation with the method (paper clip)
