Q5 Chinese Model Help

Hi

I recently picked up an older Q5 not realising at the time it was chinese version. Android version is really old (Android 4.0.3) so looking to update the firmware. 

I have been looking through the forum and i know that any support for chinese models has to be from chinese site, but have run into a brick wall trying to download the firmware i need even with using google translate.

Is there anyone able to talk me through downloading the firmware i need or have chinese FW i can download direct
