How to use Directv account on Q10 Pro

I have a Directv Now account, I download Directv Now apk file and install it on my Q10 pro but when I login, i cant watch any program because i must enable location on Q10 pro, how to do it please

Location services is not available on Android 7 firmwares.

To be precise Location services is not available on Android 7 FW v2.0.3/2.0.4 and all Android 5.1.1
Working on Android 7 FW v2.0.0/2.0.1.
