new Firmware 2,0,4 but also in 2,0,3 screen background has noise on it sometimes

this began to happen from 203, also now it's not solved, most of the screen (not the home screen), I get instead of a black background
a stained black (with kind of grey dithering). this is surely a bug, or is it connected to AUTO HDMI Adaptation? i think not

I use colour 10bit (442) with auto mode for TV (also when using HDR10 it still exists).
