Problems to connect to playstore

I have Himedia q5 connect through ethernet cable, no problem to access youtube chrome etc
I cannot instead connect to play store as I always get the error that the connection it's not secure (!)

Could you please help me ?

I have not problems to Connect.Only I put Mail and password and Accept conditions.

Is this with European Q5? Bought from us?

We've had no other reports of problems with Play Store so there should be no problems. You say you connect using Ethernet, if you use wifi does it make any difference?
