Remote not working anymore

Hi
I installed an new image and suddenly my q10pro remote ist not working at all. Nothin happens.
I even tried t go back to a offficial firmware.. same thing.

Battery is full
 

what can i do ?

Point the camera in your smartphone to the emitter of the remote and press the keys (using the camera app). If the remote is working you'll see the emitter lighting up

I have the same problem when I upgraded FW to 2.0.1, but now after revert back to 1.0.8 the remote is working fine,  so  really have no idea if the FW is related  to the remote plobem or not?

Mouse function/ button must be activated. Click it again to disengage and try again.
