Q5 does not keep 1080p 60 hz

Hi guys,

I have the following problem, my video setup is 1080p-60, but every time I've started some MKV and it doesn't look good.
Finally I saw that, the player in fact plays at 1080p-50 and if I change it back to 1080p-60 it works.
Why it doesn't keep the resolution?
Very annoying

P.S. All MKV files are Blu-ray remuxed i.e. 23.976 fps

software version is 1.0.8
the result is the following:
TV says "1080/24Hz"
the button "TV MODE" pressed once says "TV 720p 50Hz FramePacking" - as far as i know FramePacking is related about 3D

let's agree that you are right, could you confirm that is only a visual error in the firmware? (saying 720p FramePacking)

i think is label error.
confirm that is  tv says 1080/24hz and stutter visible.

sorry i forgot...is about 1.0.9...
is only the first bug...HDMI/SPDIF conflict
the second...as many people says...1080/720 by iso files
but...here i m waiting for your oppinion
on my Q5 the 3D iso movies starts in 2D 1080/24p frame packing...no problem..i press the 3D taste -ok
but...the 2D iso movies starts in 720/24p frame packing mode...
so i am forced to select from the remote 1080/60Hz... but no /24p frame packing mode found unless selected in main settings was
what do you think about?

why use 2 audio out HDMI and SPDIF ?

mmm.... i never test 2D iso  ... only remux.   
support for 23.976 start with 1.0.9  have create some bug, it 's fix early  .... i hope   

other ... waiting bug fix.
