Himedia Q5 Pro: "new server error"

Hi to everyone,
I have an Himedia Q5 Pro Android 7.0 and and data are on a QNAP Nas.
I changed user and home directory name of my Nas (I had to re-initialize it) and now I'm not able to conect from my Himedia to the Nas anymore. I get  "new server error" if I manually insert credential in MedaCenter/LAN/AddShare and its the same if try to do the same thing with AutoSearch.
Someone can help me?
