As per that thread, you need to install an FTP server on the Q5/Q10 Pro. There are several free from Play Store.

My recommendation would be 'primitive ftpd', free from Play Store. It's got all the options you'll need, is fast, and can be set to run in the background at Q5/Q10 Pro startup.
