Some are Video_TS most are iso....the original menu never shows up. I had the Chinese version of the Q10 II and it worked beautifully, Play even recognized the external hdd. I gave the Chinese version out and got this international version and this is when my issues started...DO you think flashing your Own FW will help in my case....I am also on 107 but i am not certain of whether it is the same FW. do we need to extract the FW on the website?

Where did you get the box from? It may cause problems flashing our firmware to Chinese (or international?) hardware.

Directly From Himedia...and I did Flash your firmware and nothing Happened.

If you tried to flash our firmware and the box wouldn't accept it then you have the Chinese hardware.
