Clone my Q5 Pro
« on: August 16, 2016, 11:17:02 AM »
Hi,

I'd like to buy another Q5 Pro for a second room and I'd like to know if it is possible to clone my first Q5 Pro to the second and keep so all my configuration (wifi, path to NAS, kodi configuration etc).
Is somebody has already do that ?

Thanks all,
Ekxis

Effective you ask for a selective config/data/add-on Backup/Restore which does not exist but has been asked for.
Real cloning works via a full image Backup/Restore. Also this feature has been suggested already.

Using Samba Server you may try copying all files from the original to the new unit (update changed files only). This probably works with the desired effect.
