Hi I have a Q10 and I'm trying to update it with the software here and it's not working. I followed the instructions, when I press the upgrade button and power on the Q10 the green Andriod appears for a few minutes and the device reset. no changes. I currently have Andriod 5.1.1 and build 1.0.9. I tried the migration download from 5.1 to 7. I tried 1.09, and 2.0.1. nothing works.
