hi all

i have some problems with some high bitrate 4k remuxes and 4k iso Complete Movies.

Its not a network problem beacause a friend of me had de same problems.


FW is 2.1.1

any ideas what to do?

After updating to FW 2.1.1 the Play Store works fine...
but... i have many problems with stutterig when playing 24Hz HDR content.

The newest patch wirh the newest official  Q10 firmware does not work. I Got always black screen when im playing a video,  then  i have too reboot my Q10 pro.

Its only when the box output is set in 1080p. Maybe its because of the framerate switcher patch.
