When i install the new firmware in the Himedia Q10 Pro , do i loose the original settings ?

The MP3 player in Kodi will not stop,only break,how can i stop it.
I cant see my movie cover in my file.and can i make the cover bigger voor easy to read.

I want buy the Himedia Q10 Pro.
I living in the Netherlands.
When i buy now how long its take you can send it and what is the send cost.
A guy(stijn moke) tolt me i have it to buy here.good trust and service.
I wonder the after sale garanty,there is a problem with the himedia Q10 Pro.
I have to send it to the UK ,have pay for it,how long it s take .
