Hello All,
I have a gigabit network with a NAS, and my Egreat is connected to this network.
I tested Vidon Xbmc with UHD and UHD HDR demo and movies, i had no problem everything works correctly.

Demos UHD/HDR 23.976/29.970, nothing to reports, everything is working properly and no buffering problem.
I have the following informations on my receiver (Onkyo 656) : 2160p23/29 YCBCR 4.4.4 10Bit, and my tv switch automatically in HDR mode if needed.
My parameters (Demos UHD/HDR23.976/29.970)

Demos UHD/HDR 59.940, nothing to reports, everything is working properly and no buffering problem.

I watched severals movies UHD and UHD HDR (Gods of Egypt,John Wick,The martian, hacksaw ridge, Deadpool, etc...), nothing to reports, everything is working properly and no buffering problem.

No problem with Egreat A10 unlike Zidoo X9S with which I have a black screen issues, signal loss on TV, etc... and I have to reboot the zidoo X9S.

Yes, it will.
Pleased to say that this has been fixed (fingers crossed) in next firmware.
New FW beta out...only for testers...
Fixed issues:
1 All disks have to be attached to box before boot. Hotplug does not supported.
2 Problems with resolution switching 4K, 4k resolution doesn't save.
3 Bluetooth cannot be connected
4 Recents App cannot be used
5 System UI updated
My problem is finally settled. I actually had to adjust the size of the image on the screen but I did it through the system menu. No blue lines should remain between the image and the alignment frame. Now TV switches to HDR perfectly.
Did this also solve your problem :

I keep finding that setting randomly switching back to RGB444 8bits
I will try checking the screen size setting as well. Didn't have any problem at all with HDR though so doubt it's related. I am using a Samsung KS9500
My experiences with the firmware 1.05:
Stutter is still the same.
After shutdown, the box does not retain the resolution settings. If I set to 2160p 60Hz and I shut down it and then after turn on, I always get 1080i 60Hz
Autoswitch still does not work
