I switched to DV and now black screen? I can't go back it's stuck on black screen gggrrr So far I'm slightly disappointed tbh. I only just switched a settings and now black screen. wtf

How do you set screen settings to default??? I can't see the pic anymore.  If I can't sort this I'm sending player back.  I have never had a issue with any other player.

I'm stuck on black screeen and can't see anything?  I need a way to reset default video settings?  I see nothing in the manual

Can't wait to have a play with it.  Just have to get the right settings for my LG CX OLED?   It should be ok with out of the box settings?   I know you have to put audio to RAW for passthrough Atmos and DTS-X with my LG SL8YG sound bar. Not too sure about the other settings?  I'm coming from a Zappiti HDR 4K Mini player that works perfect, but is missing DV and wanted a internal HDD. 

I can have all my 4K movies in one folder called 4K Movies?  They don't need to be in separate folder do they?  The folder structure should be similar to zappiti I would think?

 My Z1000 Pro tracking number received  ;D

I'll just use either sata transfer cable or network ip for transferring files. I'll be using my Z1000 Pro for TV Shows and 4K HDR Atmos DTS-X DV MKV movie rips on HDD.  Not interested in apps.  This will be my first Zidoo player.  I just hope the media info works on my movies and TV programs?  I heard a few having issues with gathers info?

Yes, it will. All the Z1000 Pro pre-orders due out either last week (the few remaining from the original pre-order) and those with a 26-AUG despatch date will be sent out tomorrow.

The new Z1000 Pro and Z10 Pro pre-orders are looking likely to go out this Friday, 28-AUG.

Lovely and perfect timing.  I won't be here tomorrow, but will be thursday the 27th ;)  Really looking forward to my Z1000 Pro ;D

I have a Zappiti 4K HDR mini and looking to upgrade. Never had Zidoo player before. Hope it's worth it?

Looking at the Z9X?  Really want DV MKV.
