There is no HDR+. This is a mode developed by Samsung to help HDR out of its slippery slope on samsungs own devices.
You mean HDR 10+. ;) So far there's one disc and no, the HiMedia can't handle HDR 10+.

HDR10 is the simple "HDR". ->Supported by HiMedia Boxes.
HDR+ is the more advanced an newer format, and only particular BD disc players support it.

It's still HDR 10+ not HDR+. HDR+ was an image enhancer from Samsung TVs.
HDR10+ is supported by Amazon's Fire TV Stick 4k among others. But no idea if it only supports streaming apps or MKVs with HDR 10+.

No current media player supports HDR10+ yet. So you have to wait with that.

HDR10+ is free .
It's not completely free. You have to pay a small annual fee. But no comparison to the fees at Dolby.

As I mentioned above, the Fire TV 4k Stick can HDR 10+. Probably only via streaming apps.

HDR10+ Technologies, LLC announced the start of the new licensing and logo certification program for HDR10+ technology. HDR10+ is the royalty-free, open standard dynamic metadata platform for High Dynamic Range (HDR), which optimizes picture quality for 4K Ultra HD displays and improves the viewing experience for all audiences.

HDR10+ has absolutely nothing to do with Google's HDR+, an enhancement to camera phones
