I also came from 1.0.9. After each update step I rebooted the device a couple of times to settle the firmware, at least 3 times after the first initial boot.
So - upgrade to 2.0.1 - after initial setup boot 3 times
Upgrade to 2.0.3 - after initial setup boot 3 times
Upgrade to 2.0.4 - after initial setup boot 3 times and start the buildup/configuration as you want it.

How do i watch dvd iso with the internal kodi player?

Find the file in Kodi, press remote menu key then select 'Play Using' - 'Videoplayer'.
'Videoplayer' does not start
How do I fix it?

Try uninstalling wrapper. Does Kodi player work now?

Now reinstall wrapper.

* How to reinstall or uninstall wrapper? Go My Apps - Wrapper and select either 'use wrapper player' or 'use Kodi player'. Toggling to 'use Kodi player', exiting wrapper app, then running wrapper app again and selecting 'use wrapper player' will reinstall wrapper.

So with no wrapper installed, Kodi internal player doesn't start?

What happens exactly when you try to play something in Kodi?

If that is the case, and you've installed firmware correctly, then there is something fundamentally wrong with your Q10 Pro.

You've reported a long series of problems, most of which seem unique to your Q10 Pro.

My advise is to contact us for RMA if you bought the item from us. mail@futeko.com.

The cleanest 2.0.4 firmware reinstall you can do is to go 2.0.1 > 2.0.3 > 2.0.4. This will give you an 'as new' system.
May I totally disagree here? This procedure carries over accumulative all add-on's on the various images.

The cleanest install is: Factory Reset current firmware, install FW 2.0.4 and again a Factory Reset. Guaranteed no impact of previous installations and or backward incompatibilities. Some other brands offer an Emergency Flash of the "Total ROM image" effectually resulting in the same.

What is the explanation? If you just install them after another (and do nothing else) shouldn't be it just equal? I have also thought that the "safe, paperclip" installation would wipe all data of the previous firmwares?

Edit: So, according your statement, from Android 5 (eg. 1.0.9), we should do this in order for the best result?:  1.0.9->Factory Reset->Install 2.0.1->Factory Reset->Install 2.0.3->Factory Reset->install 2.0.4->Factory Reset ?! :???
You path would work but is very long from any FW straight : Factory Reset current firmware, install FW 2.0.4  via the paperclip procedure.
The emergency flash procedure using the paperclip implicitly wipes data, APP's and settings. Doing it twice is playing it safe. As this FW is based on a new HiSillicon SDK, a 100% clean install is highly recommended.

@q10pro1 Try this to clean your setup and see if it improves?

I would advise against doing a factory reset after installing the last firmware. The firmware update process involves some apps being installed on the first boot, these would be removed and absent if you then did a factory reset.

The reason I recommend installing 2.0.1 first is that 2.0.1 re-partitions internal flash. Later firmwares (2.0.3 / 2.0.4 etc) do not. Android 5.1 fw 1.0.7 does similar for Android 5 installs.

If you install 2.0.1 then 2.0.3 then 2.0.4, all using the restore button (paperclip) method you will wipe all data on the box 3 times. It will be clean.

It's Mediafire. It has global mirrors. Download speed is very good for most users.

I think perhaps the question is, where are you located to get such low speeds?

Agree Add-On's will be lost by any Factory Reset to get them back an additional repeat local upgrade via USB or OTA will do to get those back.
Updated my text accordingly.

This long procedure will work just fine, provided the paperclip method is used, overlooked that it was in the instructions to do so.  :)

A dependency that a certain FW must be loaded first to emergency load a newer one is absolute crap. Only for standard OTA upgrades via the network or USB it may be valid. If it is really the case for emergency restores the responsible person should get a decent talk. The emergency procedure is meant to restore an OS system which may have been corrupted and may only depend on the boot-loader to be still present and intact and nothing else. PM me if you disagree. >:(

I'm from Romania. The 2.0.3 archive downloaded in like 15 mins, but the 2.0.4 takes forever unfortunately. I'll give it one more try... Hope it won't be corrupted at the end.

Internal kodi reader plays mkv, like the external player, but does not play dvd.iso
The other problems seem to have disappeared

If you can unpack the update.zip, than it's not corrupted.

Edit: Sorry, I've just read your previous post. Maybe time to change your  service provider?! I would advise Digi. (OFF / off)

That is a pretty safe statement, but I prefer MD5 check-sums to be included.

I have Gigabit bandwidth from Digi, so my internet speed is not the fault here.
