I take from that:

1. The customer service person you were chatting to has no real knowledge and was working from a script.
2. Netflix only works in 4K on Apple and Chromecast.

That's the attitude companies like Zidoo have to work with. Netflix are only interested in extremely mainstream devices.

- Official Google Powered by Android TV's
- NVIDIA players (including Dinobot imitating to be one)
Only getting one of these 4 sources will work in 4K.

Never heard that Dune works with Netflix 4K. Which model(s) have you seen working yourself? Dune uses different types of OS on various models.
