Then, why do we need KODI 18??? ...., y regret to 17.6 stable, have other things to do, so i kick out KODI 18, till it is really stable, THX 

But those of us who have used previous generations of Kodi will know that every one of them has had teething problems 😃!  You don't "need" the latest version of any software. Some people  refuse to move on from Windows XP 🤣 but some of us more adventurous types like being in the forefront of technology.

17.6 was worst than 16.1 (no DD/DTS passthrough), and than 18.x was even worster (constant crashes with the Wrapper) and nothing I could recall as a real improvement and that also really works in general on any Android  Boxes. I don't see here any "forefront technology"...

The only reason you would need to update sooner or later are the add-ons (depend on if you ever use some of these), if their support and sure operation for earlier KODI's are no longer maintained... (That's also an odd string...)

Well it all depends on what you expect from Kodi! In reality Kodi has never yet achieved perfection but it's still better than any of the alternatives.
I have no interest in audio passthrough but I do appreciate SMBv3 which is only available on Kodi 18. So you win some, you lose some???

best version of KODI 18 so far.
