Hi my name is Wesley and I have a question regarding the updating of the firmware on my Q5pro.

I am currently running 1.0.9. and I want to update to the latest firmware. I have downloaded the 5.1 to 7 migration firmware. I have tried to install it but to no effect.
The migration firmware speaks of version 1.0.1. to 1.0.8, so I tried to downgrade the firmware, also without effect.

Process of installation.
I downloaded the firmware from this website
I formatted a thumb drive (ex-Fat)
I extracted the update.zip file to the root of the thumb drive
I inserted the thumb drive in the USB 3.0 port of the Q5 Pro
I pressed the reset button with a pin and switched the Q5 Pro on and holded the reset button untill the android man came on.
While the Q5 Pro is busy I do not see a progress bar, after a few minutes the Q5 Pro starts back up to a factory default.

I have tried this method numerous times, what am I missing?
