I have access to the 3d menu and if I choose TAB on 3D (the one which should be OK for my file) I have 2 videos on the screen which overlap a for a third on the middle

Hello,
I'm a real newbie with my Q5 pro.
I used to make mkv3d mvc which worked perfectly on my mede8er. Now with the Q5 they are unusable. The image is doubled and of course no 3D.
Could someone explain me how to convert full frame-packed 3D mkv to a 3D .iso file without reencoding and without downgrading quality.
