Can the HDMI output be configured according to PS Audio standard or is it a simple HDMI output?

It's a standard HDMI output supporting DSD64 native multi-channel and PCM 192KHz multichannel raw.

Why is this hidden under "Others"?

We are encouraging users to use Zidoo's forum in preference to this one. It's more heavily populated and we have no desire to compete with Zidoo in offering support.
